Podle Roberta P. Crease a Alfreda Scharffa Goldhabera (v knize ,Kvantový moment‘) nelze u nejmenších složek světa vůbec mluvit o identitě. (Pokud jde o ty nejmenší ,složky‘ světa, v překladu se mluví o ,základních částicích‘ nebo také o ,základních částečkách hmoty‘ – je v tom značná neujasněnost; jde o ,kvanta‘.) Zajímavé je rozlišení (dodatečně nutno najít jméno autora) mezi individuálností identitou a identikalitou (což je novotvar!).
