This document explores the fundamental philosophical structures of human existence, focusing on the concept of orientation as a primary mode of being in the world. Starting with an analysis of human rights, the text delves into how individuals navigate their surroundings through life, language, and the perception of space and time. It examines the role of 'Logos' in linguistic orientation and investigates various forms of cognitive distancing: how narrativity shifts our focus from the future, how geometry and mathematics represent a retreat from temporal flow, and how conceptual thought transcends physical space. By dissecting these layers of human perception and intellectual abstraction, the work aims to provide a deeper understanding of the human condition and the conceptual frameworks that underpin the universal principles of human rights. It synthesizes phenomenological observations with a structural analysis of knowledge, ultimately mapping out the dimensions of human presence and the intellectual tools used to interpret reality.
