This text analyzes the phenomenon of change within the laboratory process of titration. It focuses on observing physical and chemical transitions, such as the movement of a drop from the pipette into the beaker and the color reaction of the litmus indicator. The author emphasizes the crucial role of the external observer in defining the precise boundaries of these changes. Various states are described in detail—from the presence of a drop on the tip to its impact at the bottom of the container—while considering the temporal dynamics of the color shift from blue to red, which may be gradual despite expectations. The aim of the text is to methodologically anchor the process of scientific observation to ensure recording accuracy at every moment of the experiment.
