This philosophical text examines the ontological relationship between central and peripheral components within integrated wholes, which the author identifies as "true beings." It operates on the premise that internal diversity does not preclude the existence of unified entities in space and time, and subsequently investigates the internal hierarchy of their constituent parts. The primary focus is to determine how specific components contribute to the overall integration of the being and whether some are more privileged or fundamental than others. The analysis leads to the significant conclusion that this degree of "centrality" or "importance" cannot be subjected to purely quantitative measurement. The author argues that any assessment of internal structure must necessarily respect the "non-objective" aspect of the whole, which eludes a standard objectifying approach. The text thus emphasizes the profound qualitative dimension of the internal organization of beings, where centrality reflects a specific mode of participation in the unity and integrity of the whole.

Centrální a okrajové (periferní)
