This specific movement is characterized as descendant or degressive, suggesting that Truth descends to subjects rather than remaining statically in an inaccessible distance. The concept of the "subject" is used here in a broad sense, not limited exclusively to human subjects. The reflection thus fundamentally re-evaluates traditional metaphysical understandings of truth and its relationship to time and subjectivity.
