The text explores the ontological concept of the world, which presents itself to humans not as a static collection of facts, but as a continuous event in time. The central thesis posits that human action and speech cannot be fully understood if isolated from their temporal context. To achieve a deeper comprehension of human existence, it is essential to perceive how an individual relates to both their past and the horizon of the future. The author emphasizes that a person's conduct is not merely a reaction to immediate stimuli in their surroundings; rather, it reflects past experiences and, crucially, expectations or dim intuitions of what is to come. This temporal orientation fundamentally shapes the structure and overall progression of human life. Human action is thus interpreted as a response to a complex temporality, where memories and anticipations form an inseparable part of the present moment. This perspective allows us to view life as a structured whole, in which the human capacity to relate to what has passed or what is yet to occur plays a vital role. This philosophical reflection underscores that the essence of being lies in this dynamic interaction with time.
