This study explores the possibility of conceptually grasping event-based processes without problematizing concepts themselves. The author begins by identifying a bias in traditional conceptualization, which assumes that identity can only be attributed to that which remains unchanged. The core argument rests on distinguishing between the identity of the act of meaning and the identity of what is meant. It is demonstrated that we can intend "the same" even when referring to something in motion, changing, or occurring—namely, an event. The integrity of an event does not depend on an underlying unchanging substrate that does not participate in the happening itself. The concept of an "event" thus allows for thinking about unity through dynamic occurrence rather than static persistence. This approach opens a path toward a new understanding of the ontology of movement and change, moving beyond the prejudice of static identity. The text analyzes the relationship between intentionality and the fluid nature of events, contributing to the discourse on post-metaphysical thought.
