This scholarly text explores the philosophical concepts of complexity and integrity within the framework of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin's thought. The author emphasizes that for natural units, the degree of complexity is not merely a matter of objective external arrangement but rests primarily on a profound integrity, without which complexity would be nothing more than a random assembly of various elements. The central concept of the discussion is 'centro-complexity,' which points to the unified and integrated nature of mutual relationships between a whole's lower-level components. However, the text raises a fundamental question regarding the boundaries of subjectivity. The author argues that neither the balanced relationships found in biotopes nor highly organized communities, such as beehives, anthills, or human societies, possess the character of a 'subject.' According to the author, no 'corporation' can become a true 'corpus,' or an organism with its own inherent subjectivity. The work thus precisely distinguishes between mere functional cooperation among many subjects and authentic organic unity, which alone establishes the existence of a subject in its true totality.

Subjekt a komplexnost / Komplexnost a integrita / Integrita a subjekt / Centrokomplikovanost
